A small new wooden house, with modern design, AC and heat + your own backyard. Privacy to enjoy a nice summer evening on the deck, in a swing or chasing your dog :). Very close to a hill where you can enjoy a walk in the forest, go to the observatory for a really nice view, do paragliding or mountain bike (enduro, downhill, cross country). It is also very close to Baile Felix, Baile 1 Mai, Oradea. The space The entire place it's at your disposal, including the courtyard. It's like your own house, in Baile 1 Mai :). Guest access Living room + kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, patio and courtyard. Other things to note Depending on my availability at that moment, I may be able to provide groceries or cooked food, upon request and against a fee. My husband is a mountain bike instructor, so he may be available for booking a ride at Crater, on some tracks made by him and the team he's part of. It's mostly enduro & cross-country. If weekend, we may be up for a day trip in the mountains - Padis / Arieseni / Stana de Vale / Suncuius / Vadu Crisului. Just ask if interested in any and please note that most of them would have a fee.

The neighborhood is a new one, with young families around. During the summer evenings, it's great to see and hear a bunch our kids playing outside and people chatting - an authentic and special experience, that's hard to spot in the city. Don't be surprised if people say Hello :). Getting around By the car, you are: - 3 minutes away from Baile 1 Mai center; - 6 mins from the natural reservation & Pit Cave in Betfia (Crater) - 8-10 mins from Baile Felix center - 17 mins from Nymphaea Aquapark Oradea There is also a bus station 2 mins away. The bus comes and goes to Oradea. By bike it's supper easy to get to Baile 1 Mai, Baile Felix and Crater (Betfia).
