What makes this place unique, it's the peace, quiet and cleanliness that we offer our guests, the proximity from the train station, medical facilities, the center of the city, the riveting view from our terrace and balcony of Bega River and the vaporetto that makes ocazional trips at night with the lights on, the proximity from the markets, from Iulius Mall, one of the biggest malls in the country and from all the historical places

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood it's peaceful and quiet, with the Bega River at a blink of an eye, 5 minutes walking from the train station, the bus station and the taxi station, 10 minutes walking from the center of the city and the old part of the city. Nearby we have a lot of cafes where you can relax and enjoy all kinds of drinks(Narativ, Under the Bridge, Manufactura, Carol Cafe, Chat Noir, Josefin Pub, Cafe Viena, Viniloteca), pizzerias(La Maria, Trattoriacia, Timi, No 1, Dopo Poco), restaurants(La Maria, Old Yard Pub, Homemade, Gloria, Sky, Riviere, Vim), theatres(Merlin) and many historical places : Iosefin Water Tower, Timişoara Cigarette Factory, Gemeinhardt Palace, Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral, Monument to the Unknown Soldier, Savings Bank Palace, Ancora Palace, Karl Weisz Palace, Josephine House of Savings, Josephine Synagogue, Albert Schott Palace, Water Palace, Marschall Palace, Huniade Castle, Virgin Mary Monument
