Casa de vacanta este complect renovata in 2024 si dotata cu mobilier now in trei camere dormitor,doua bai si bucatarie unde poti gati cu apartura moderna (plita inductie,cuptor incorporat si microunde). Exista un filtru pentru cafea ,un fierbator apa si prajitor paine.Deasemenea mai dispune de masina de spalat si uscator pentru rufe.Toate instalatiile ,curent ,apa,gaz,electric sunt noi . Toate icaperile au televizor si cablu prin reteaua Orange si WiFi disponibil non stop.Mai dispune de parcare interioara pentru doua masini si suprvegere camere exterior.O terasa si un foisor pentru gratar ,un baloansoar deasemenea .Acces usor la SPA Baile Sarate cu masina in mai putin de zece minute. Are si gradina cu pomi ce improspateaza atmosfera.
Accesul pentru intrare se poate face prin coduri securizate pentru casa si remot automatizare pentru poarta mare parcare interioara.Este casa parinteasca renovata si administrata de mine,Ioan Petrutiu senior,60+
Este o zona linistita cu vecini prietenosi .Baile sarate in apropiere ,SPA s,restaurant ,bar si sala de exrcitii intretinere si masaj.Extra mai sunt in zone magazine si restaurante deschise recent,
