The building was constructed in 2025 and is located in the center of Zetea. The Central Apartment vacation rental has been in operation since October 2025. Guests enjoy a welcome drink, private parking on site, and free Wi-Fi throughout the building and the surrounding area, as well as the opportunity to shop directly below the vacation rental. The air-conditioned units feature parquet floors, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and tea. A fully equipped private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and washing machine is available. Coffee, tea, towels, and bed linen are provided free of charge in this vacation rental.
