I present you this beautiful spacious house at 800m from the center with 200 square meters all at your disposal. It is in a quiet and safe area perfect for everyone visiting or passing by. Very close to non stop market and farmacy (300m) and supermarkets (1km). Their address is indicated in the House Manual provided in the living room. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with all necessities for your stay - coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, cutlery, bowls, plates, glasses, pans and for the bathroom - toilet paper, soap, shower gel, towels. There is an additional room with clothes washing machine and ironing area. The main bedroom has a large bed of 180x220m with flat screen TV and Netflix available, socket near the bed and air conditioning. The second bed is a double bed of 160x190 and in the living room there is a 3rd bed which is used for reservations of 5/6 people. There is also a dedicated workplace right next to wifi router. Password is provided aswell. The center is at a walking distance of 15 minutes with all restaurants and pubs from there. There is a house manual provided to you, where you will find Wifi password, restaurant recommendations, supermarket address and how to use all the electronics from the house. Parking is public and available in front of the house with space for 3 cars. The guests will enter the house with the code for check in. There is a safe box with 4 digit code and you will find the keys inside. The code will be provided on the day of the arrival (a few hours before check in) on the Booking app.
