Chalet M1 is an authentic chalet made of solid wood and stone, perched on a hill on the edge of the village of Lunca Bradului. Fully renovated in 2019, it retains the warmth of the mountains of yesteryear, but with all the comforts of today. Sit on the upstairs terrace with a coffee in hand and you have the entire Mureș Valley in front of you: the church in the village, the endless forests and the mountains. In the evening, light a fire in the fireplace, and from the gazebo in the yard, all you can hear are the crickets and the Mureș flowing 600m away. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room with exposed beams and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Private 2000sqm fenced yard, just yours. It's not just accommodation. It's the chalet where you come to recharge.
I am Carmen, the owner of Chalet M1 & M2 born in Lunca Bradului. I brought Chalet M1 back to life and built Chalet M2 from scratch, two chalets in my hometown, Lunca Bradului. Chalet M1 and M2 are my soul project, started from the desire to show others the beauty of the Mureș Valley, Romania
Chalet M1 is located on the edge of the village of Lunca Bradului, on a hill overlooking the mountains. You have 100% privacy. The 2000m2 yard is completely enclosed with a wooden fence, so children and pets can play safely. In the evening you only hear crickets, and if you're lucky, an owl. But you're not in the wilderness: • 2km to the village center: general store, bar, trout restaurant • 2km to the Lunca Bradului train station and DN15 - asphalted access all year round • 20km to Toplița for supermarket, bank, pharmacy It's the perfect place if you want to disconnect, but have warm bread 5 minutes away by car.
