SC Conacul Secuiesc Rural is a family-run business built on local values, continuity and respect for tradition. Conacul Secuiesc has been welcoming guests since 2007, while our family’s story in hospitality and local production began much earlier, with the Torockói (Colțești) dairy factory, which has been operating for over 26 years and is still managed by the same family. The experience gained over the years has allowed us to create more than just a place to stay – we offer an authentic Transylvanian experience, based on care, quality and attention to detail. We manage a single property, which enables us to be personally involved and to maintain a consistently high standard of service. A defining element of our identity is our stable and close-knit team. Many of our colleagues have been with us since the opening of the guesthouse in 2007. Our cooks are local residents who prepare traditional dishes using local ingredients, offering genuine flavours and an honest culinary experience. Rural hospitality is not a concept for us, but a natural way of welcoming our guests.
