Situat intrun cartier rezidential nou, Cosy Home Brasov ofera acces facil catre centrul istoric al Brasovului precum si catre toate punctele de interes din zona: Poiana Brasov, Biserica Neagra, Paradisul Acvatic, etc. In cartier se afla supermarket-uri (Carrefour Market, Penny Market, etc), ATM, farmacii, statii pentru mijloace de transport in comun, locuri de joaca pentru copii, spatii verzi, etc. Apartamentul dispune de bucatarie complet utilata, facilitati pentru cafea si ceai gratuit, sandwich maker, masina de spalat, Wi Fi gratuit in intreaga proprietate, plasma TV cu smart TV precum si 2 balcoane (cate unul la fiecare camera) si loc de parcare privat in fata intrarii.
Cu peste 15 ani experienta in industria ospitalitatii, domeniul hotelier si turistic, venim in intampinarea oaspetilor nostri cu servicii de cea mai inalta calitate dorind sa le facem sejurul cat mai relaxant si placut pentru a putea simti cu adevarat beneficiile unui timp de exceptie petrecut in cel mai frumos oras din Ramania - Brasov!
Cartierul rezidential in care se afla apartamentul este absolut nou si dispune de toate facilitatile moderne: spatii amenajate pentru locuri de joaca copii, spatii verzi, supermarket-uri, cafenele, street mall, etc; cartierul se afla la 6 minute de Paradisul Acvatic și 2 minute de un teren de fotbal acoperit; De asemenea in apropiere se afla: cinematograful Cityplex; Shopping: Carrefour Market, Lidl, Penny Market, Pizza Hut, Moo Gelato, Bancomat, Broaster Chicken, Metro, ELIANA mall, Auchan City, Brintex, Hornbach, piaţă agro-alimentară precum si SUPERLAND - cel mai mare mall din Europa destinat copiilor!
