We warmly welcome our guests in our 2 Evergreen Nests apartments with full panoramic view to the pine forest from any room! The apartments are located in a luxury complex in Poiana Brasov, with 24/24 security guard, private parking and free WiFi. The safety of you and our staff is very important for us, which is why we have taken additional measures to ensure that you have a pleasant and safe stay during in this post-pandemic period. The implemented measures are based on the legislation in force, the indications issued by the WHO (World Health Organization) and will be continuously improved, depending on the medical evolution, the legal recommendations and the requirements of our guests. We have updated the cleaning checklist in accordance with the recommendations of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the Prevention of COVID 19, so the cleaning and disinfection time of a room has doubled. Employees will wear full uniform and protective equipment (mask, gloves, visor) throughout the cleaning operations. We changed the disinfection procedure after each guest, re-entering the accommodation circuit at a distance of at least 48 hours from the release.
Rules for our guests: - Please disinfect your hands at the entrance to the apartments, by providing dispensers with specific solution. - At the entrance to the apartments there are carpets with cleaning solutions, please use them to disinfect the shoes. - Wear a face mask in public areas of the complex. - Please respect the social distance from the other guests of the complex. - The check-in procedure is performed through the key-box system, being provided the access code before the check-in time of the respective day (3 PM). At check-out time (11 AM), the access key to the apartment is left in the key-box. - All reservations are made online through the booking platform - The access lifts in the apartments will be used by one person, maximum 2, if there are guests staying in the same room. - We recommend that you stay in the room and notify the contact in case you do not feel well. - In case of a technical malfunction in one of the apartments where you are staying, please notify the contact person and leave the room to avoid contact with the employee sent to remedy the deficiency. All COVID 19 prevention regulations will be sent separately to each guests.
During summer holidays, the location is ideal for hiking, ATV activities and horse rides. You can have a nice walk to local restaurants nearby such as Stana Turistica to taste Romanian food in a very cleaning and caring environment. Starting 5th of June 2020, the terrace is open welcoming you with fresh and tasty traditional cuisine. Also the terrace of the Complex is also opened starting the same date, for food and drinks. The host will provide tips and all the relevant details on the surroundings to each guest. During winter holidays, you can use the public parking which is very close to the complex, from where you can take the special bus to transport you directly in couple of minutes to the Poiana Brasov slopes.
