The Space Our home is designed for relaxation. Whether you are curling up by the fireplace on a crisp evening or enjoying your morning coffee on the private deck overlooking the water, every corner of the house invites you to unwind. Gourmet Kitchen & Dining For those who love to cook, our fully equipped kitchen features premium amenities to elevate your stay: Modern Appliances: Electric oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, and a variety of kitchen gadgets. Full Utility: A large refrigerator and dishwasher are provided for your convenience. Sleeping Arrangements The house features three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms on the upper floor: 2 Master Suites: Each features a comfortable double bed, a private ensuite bathroom, a TV, and a private balcony with views. 1 Cozy smaller Bedroom: A smaller room with a double bed, no bathroom, no TV, perfect for children or additional guests Bathrooms: In addition to the two ensuites upstairs, there is a full third bathroom located on the ground floor near the living area. Outdoor Life & Activities The Deck: A spacious private deck serves as your front-row seat to the picturesque lake and surrounding mountains. Note on Lake Levels: To ensure you have the best experience, please be aware that Paltinu Lake is a natural reservoir. During periods of low precipitation, the water level may recede, and the lakefront may be further from the house than pictured.
