The apartment is located in a building built in 1901, recently renovated located on a quiet street but at the same time only at a distance of 100 m from Unirii Square or the pedestrian area of ​​the city
For us the most important thing is that our clients spend quality time, in very good conditions of maximum cleaning and hygiene. Customer comfort and safety is our priority.
100 meters from Unirii Square, an area with rehabilitated buildings built in Art Nouveau style, 200 m from the tram station, 200 m from Crisul Repede, Regina Maria Theater is 600 m, Aquapark Nymphaea is 2.5 km, Resort Baile Felix Spa 10 km, Bear Cave 80 km. 300 meters is the City Hall of Oradea and the Palace of Justice is 1.2 km.
