New, cozy house suitable for all types of guests located in a quiet area. Enjoy your stay in our welcoming house, 13 minutes drive to the city center and 19 minutes drive from the airport. The house consist of a fully equipped kitchen and 7 double bedrooms each of them with a private bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, electric cooking plate, fridge, water heater, tableware, a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee, a tea or a meal. The bedroom has one double bed, one wardrobe, two nightstandsand a smart TV so you can watch your favourite TV series or movie and Wi-Fi included. Also the ambient lights create a relaxed stay and you can control the lights as you wish from the controller. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. Outside, in the yard you will find a small terrace where you have a table with some chairs so you can enjoy a drink, a cigarette or just to relax. The house has private and free parking inside the courtyard.
