★ Modern 3-rooms apartment in a very welcoming and quiet area ★ Fully furbished, great for couples, adventurers, families or business travelers ★ One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a small expandable sofa and a dedicated workplace, one spacious living with another comfortable expandable sofa and a dining table (if the sofa in the bedroom is too small you can also sleep on the sofa from the living room, which is a bit bigger, but maximum 4 people allowed and two double sheets available) ★ Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher and cooking basics ★ Situated at the ground floor, but protected from the street by a very nice restricted green area ★ It offers access to supermarket, bakery and pharmacy just across the street. ★ Other amenities: Wifi, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer

The apartment is located in a very nice and green neighbourhood, at a 25 min walking distance to the city center or 6 min drive.
