We do not have air conditioning, in winter the average internal temperature is 21 degrees. The main room is 4 X 3 m and includes an extendable sofa and a cooking area. The bathroom is private. You have access to direct cable internet connection, TV and Netflix. Guest access The access road to the entrance to the studio is common, the entrance to the studio is separate. At the entrance to the property (in the common area) there is a surveillance camera installed for everyone's safety. The paved courtyard is visible from the owner's house. Other things to note If you have pets, please send me a message before booking. That the general rule is that we do not accept pets, but depending on the situation we can make an exception. There are 2 free cats and a puppy in the pen on the property. It is necessary to present a document at check-in. If you receive guests during the day, please inform me in advance, the presence of other people is not allowed without the notification / consent of the owner. If you are a smoker you can smoke on the terrace but not inside the house. It is not allowed to use other electrical devices without the consent of the owner (electric stove, electric radiator, etc.)
