The appartment is located in a centrally posittioned, older building in Bucharest, close to major landmarks such as the Romanian Athenaeum and the National Museum of Art. Please note that the building is classified as Seismic Risk Class II category, which is common for many historic buildings in the city center. Perfect for solo travelers, couples or families, it's steps away from cafes, restaurants, ASE Bucharest (The Academy of Economic Studies), The Romanian Athenaeum, Calea Victoriei, The Royal Palace of Bucharest/ The National Museum of Art of Romania, the Old City . I am an open and sociable person—talkative, cheerful, and altruistic. I am honest and I prefer the truth—no matter how uncomfortable—over a beautifully wrapped lie. However, I understand that not everyone may appreciate my sincerity and fairness. I kindly ask for the cancellation of a reservation due to reasons beyond my control (lack of running water caused by technical issues). Although the guest did not end up staying and requested the cancellation, they still gave a rating of 7… This saddens me… but I recover by thinking of those I have genuinely interacted with and who have seen me for who I truly am. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to enjoy the privilege of hosting guests from all over the world and to take care of them as I would wish to be cared for when I travel myself. I remain at your disposal.
