Please note that the building is classified as Seismic Risk Class II category, which is common for many historic buildings in the city center. I am an open and sociable person—talkative, cheerful, and altruistic. I am honest and I prefer the truth—no matter how uncomfortable—over a beautifully wrapped lie. However, I understand that not everyone may appreciate my sincerity and fairness. I kindly ask for the cancellation of a reservation due to reasons beyond my control (lack of running water caused by technical issues). Although the guest did not end up staying and requested the cancellation, they still gave a rating of 7… This saddens me… but I recover by thinking of those I have genuinely interacted with and who have seen me for who I truly am. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to enjoy the privilege of hosting guests from all over the world and to take care of them as I would wish to be cared for when I travel myself.
