Situat într-o zonǎ liniștită, aproape de Centrul de Afaceri, de Universitatea de Vest și de Universitatea Politehnica, în apropiere de campusul studenților, HELIOS - DeLuxe Residence este plin de soare, aer și prospețime. Deasemenea, Stadionul Dan Paltinisanu și Sala Olimpia sunt la 10 min de mers pe jos. Proprietatea cu 2 camere, renovată recent, este amplasată într-o o zonă verde, între cele mai frumoase parcuri din Timișoara: Parcul Crucii 5 min, parcul Carmen Silva 10 min, parcul Karlsruhe 10 min. Toate aceste sunt dotate cu locuri de joacă pentru copii la standarde actuale. Printre punctele de atracție populare situate în apropriere de HELIOS - DeLuxe residence se numără - Piața Operei, Catedrala Ortodoxă, Castelul Huniazilor, Bastionul, Piața Unirii în 15-25 de minute de mers pe jos.
