The property is located on the ground floor of a private house, it has an area of 70 square meters organized as an open space, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people and which offers all the necessary facilities for a stay in a comfort "like at home". Thus, the property is equipped with a king-size bed, a seating area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels (Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max) and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
