The InTown property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the largest park, the largest mall and other points of interest in the city. The property is located on the ground floor of a private house, it has an area of 70 square meters organized as an open space, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people and which offers all the necessary facilities for a stay in a comfort "like at home". Thus, the property is equipped with a king-size bed, a seating area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels (Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max) and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. There is also a fridge, electric hob, washing machine as well as a coffee/tea machine. Along with these facilities, air conditioning, heating and WiFi and other amenities are offered free of charge. The unit overlooks the street through wide windows. The property enters the tourist circuit in 2023. There is public parking near the location. As this property is managed by a private host, it cannot issue tax invoices.
