A luxurious home from home, this brand-new place has clear and modern vibes. It is surrounded by a huge private courtyard, where you can enjoy a drink on the cosy terrace or relax in the lavish jacuzzi. Next to the jacuzzi, you’ll find several comfortable sun loungers to unwind and soak up the sun. A perfect blend between contemporary and glam lines creates a welcoming atmosphere in this lovely villa. On the ground floor, you will find a common area that comes with a lounge, an elegant dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware available for any light cooking. An Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an iron, and a washing machine are also at your disposal, perfect for longer stays or keeping your clothes fresh during your trip. Highchairs for children are also available. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee and filtered water are on us. There are 3 deluxe rooms on the ground floor, while on the first floor you will find 2 deluxe rooms, each with a private terrace, and 1 standard room. All six rooms are fitted with a queen-size upholstered bed (160x200 cm), smart TV, minibar, and a private bathroom with a walk-in rain shower; amenities and towels are included. Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. A baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and free of charge. Smoking: Not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the terraces for a coffee and a smoke. If you want to relax, you are invited to use the lovely jacuzzi situated on the property’s deck, complete with sun loungers for the ultimate relaxation experience.

The property is located in Sanmartin, a well-developed settlement. The famous thermal baths of Baile Felix and Baile 1 Mai together with a beautiful run path in the forest can be reached within a short drive of 5 minutes (2 km). The charming town of Oradea with it’s well preserved Old Town, Art Nouveau Palaces and Medieval Fortress is 10 minutes’ drive away (5.5 km). There you’ll find plenty of restaurants, pubs and café’s Lotus Mall is 3.4 km away.
