Proprietatea se situează la km 0 în stațiunea turistică Straja langa telegondola ,la baza telescaunul care urca turiștii pe partie din centrul stațiunii și de asemenea se afla la 50 m de telegondola. Turiștii cazați la noi beneficiaza de reducere la închirierea echipamentelor de iarna (schi, snowboard) la Centrul de închirieri "La David"
