HOUSE RULES ​Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 11:00 AM. ​Self-catering: This is a self-catering apartment. The kitchen is equipped, but guests must provide their own supplies (coffee, tea, food). ​Pets: To ensure an impeccable level of cleanliness and a comfortable stay for all our guests, including those with allergies, our apartment is a pet-free property. Thank you for your understanding! ​Smoking: Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly forbidden inside! Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or in the yard. ​Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors! Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. ​Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited! Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. ​Cleanliness: Please leave the apartment in a clean condition and wash the dishes before checking out. ​Energy Saving: When leaving, please turn off lights and air conditioning, and make sure all windows are closed. ​Trash: Please dispose of your trash in the designated outdoor bins. ​Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents. ​Security: Please keep the entrance door locked at all times. We are not responsible for any lost valuables. ​
