In the bathroom we have a small boiler, so you will have to be economical with the hot water while showering. The advantage is that if you run out of water, it gets warm again in a few minutes. You have to use it because sometimes the hot water from the central system is stopped for repair works. If you feel it’s not enough, we can try to switch to the central system, to see if it works.

The apartment is very close to the park and a grocery shop is around the corner. In a close range, you can find banks, ATM, pharmacies, a market and stores. However, the entrance in the block of apartments isn't renovated.
