We are proactive about our offer, we love to have happy guests and we feel proud about our score on booking. We work hard for all those achievements and we know and feel that it would have been impossible without our guests support.

Property info

It's situated in the city center on a quiet street and we recently renovated with access control system (no key required any more) and that makes the check-in and out very easy for our guests, it gives them freedom and a great deal of independence. We also have a new video surveillance system that brings safety and supplementary protection.

Neighborhood info

As we are situated right in the city historical center, bars, bistros, clubs, shopping centers, restaurants and museums, parks and gardens are all very close from Lucas 10 and easy accessible.
