Opus View is located in Sinaia's quiet Furnica district, at 23 Theodor Aman Street, a short walk from Peleș Castle and the gondola lift. The property offers 13 units across two separate buildings: 9 premium rooms of 21 m² and 4 apartments (two of 30 m², one of 40 m², one of 50 m²). Please note that our reception desk serves several Opus Complex properties, all within 200 metres of each other, so the receptionist may be at a neighbouring building for a few minutes when you arrive. They will be back shortly. The easiest way to avoid any wait is to call us 15–20 minutes before you arrive. Breakfast is served at Opus Villa, 200 metres away — a three-to-four minute walk along a gently uphill street. This is a deliberate choice: preparing breakfast in one kitchen for all our properties lets us offer a far richer and more varied buffet than a smaller breakfast served in each building separately. Our guests agree — breakfast is our highest-rated feature. Please allow a few minutes for the walk when planning your morning, especially in winter. The building has three floors and no lift. All rooms are reached by stairs, and the upper floors are served by a narrower spiral staircase. If you are travelling with heavy luggage or small children, or if stairs are difficult for you, please tell us when booking and we will assign you a lower-floor unit subject to availability. We are always happy to help carry your bags — just ask.

Sinaia town centre is about 1 km away, Peleș Castle and the gondola a 10–15 minute walk, the railway station 1.5 km. The walk into town is downhill, which means the way back is uphill — a car or taxi helps if you would rather not climb. Our own Opus Garden restaurant and pizzeria is about 100 metres away, with a 10% discount for our guests.
