The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, an electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove, and a Nespresso espresso machine. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or relax in the living room in front of the 120cm Smart Samsung TV.The bedroom offers an 86cm Smart Samsung TV for your entertainment. With a plush queen-size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, the loft accommodates up to four guests with ease. House Rules: We kindly request your adherence to our specified quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00), as well as the designated check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) time frames. Guests checking in after 21:00 do so at their own discretion. Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for early check-ins or late check-outs. Pets, parties, and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will lead to a penalty fee of 500 RON. For stays exceeding 7 nights, supplementary cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries will be scheduled and charged to the guest. Our support services are available from 9:00 to 21:00. Any concerns or inquiries outside these hours will be addressed the following day. Please note that we are unable to issue an invoice for your stay.
