Property info

Two types of apartments are available for renting: the Executive M Apartments (between 45 – 55 
m2), and the Executive L Apartments (between 65 – 70 m2). The Olimpia Residence apartments are modern, air-conditioned, with free access to Wi-Fi internet and fully furnished, in order to provide our guests with all the comfort they need. The apartments consist of a living room with an extensible sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Among the amenities, we mention: Samsung smart TV, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, washing mashine and hair dryer. The safety of our guests and of their cars are very important to us: Olimpia Residence has a private parking with an automatic gate and a 24-hour video surveillance system. In the warm season, our guests can relax in the outside gazebo, where they can make a barbecue and enjoy a glass of wine. On demand, at an additional cost, we provide Airport transfer for our guests, a rent-a-car service (with or without driver) and a travel guide.

Olimpia Residence is located at 5 minutes by car from downtown Satu Mare. Its location, 1 minute by car from the national road DN19A and 10 minutes from Petea border, makes it ideal for those who transit the city. Within walking distance from the residence there are a 24/7 convenience store and a pharmacy. A LIDL supermarket and the local farmers market are at 5 minutes away by car.
