Cuplu Călător (Traveling Couple) started as a travel project back in 2014, when we left our life in Bucharest to explore Romania and other welcoming cultures. After hosting more than 8,000 guests over the years, we created in Jurilovca a place where accommodation, local cuisine and curated experiences naturally come together. We are personally involved in organizing tours and experiences, and we enjoy sharing the stories, traditions and landscapes of the Danube Delta area with our guests. For us, hospitality means more than offering a room – it means helping you experience the region in an authentic and well-organized way.

Property info

Welcome to Jurilovca, one of the most charming villages at the gateway to the Danube Delta. Our small guesthouse offers 8 individually themed rooms, each with a private balcony and lake view. The rate is for 2 guests and includes accommodation, a rich breakfast and a traditional dinner prepared with local ingredients (half board, not à la carte). From here, you can explore the Danube Delta, take a boat trip to Gura Portiței (where the Black Sea meets the Delta), cycle to ancient ruins, or paddle quietly through fishermen’s canals by kayak. Between May and September, we host weekly Lipovan traditional evenings with a local folk ensemble – a unique cultural experience in the area. Staying in Jurilovca means you can easily reach us by car and combine Delta boat tours with Black Sea beaches, local history and village life – without being limited to water transport. Included in your stay: - themed room with balcony and binoculars - breakfast and traditional dinner - bicycles for short village rides - fishing rods for recreational fishing Optional experiences: - boat tours in the Danube Delta or Razim-Sinoe Lagoon - guided kayak and cycling tours - sauna (in the colder season) We look forward to welcoming you and helping you discover this part of Romania in a more personal way.
