We are located at the intersection of Sibiu’s two main thoroughfares, Calea Dumbrăvii and Mihai Viteazul Boulevard. Plaza 35 is a new building, completed in 2017, that blends seamlessly with the area’s architecture. Perfectly connected to the city center, Plaza 35 offers 32 new and modern studios and apartments, equipped for both business and leisure trips as well as long-term stays. On-site underground parking, with a view from above. Our apartments can accommodate up to 3–4 people. For reservations made for 3 or 4 people, the sofa in the living room is set up and included in the standard apartment layout. For reservations made for 1–2 people, the sofa in the living room is not set up as standard. If you would like to use it as an additional sleeping space, please let us know in advance.
