Excelent location, very close to the Citadel, fully equipped apartment, ideal for families and friends to spend a quiet city break or to discover Transylvania. Numerous restaurants within 100 m, pharmacies, shops. 200 m away from world famous Via Transilvanica. Hosts speak English and French. Local hosts, speak excelent English and French. Tourists may be guided by passionate biologist and folklorist, with knowledge on the local history, folklore, local gastronomy, traditions and native flora and fauna. you can contact your host.
Neighbouring restaurants are excellent: Japanese (Umami), Italian-Romanian (La Perla, Piazzetta) with very good value for money. The Citadel, its museums and its churches are 60 m away from your door, the apartment has direct view on the Old City - the only permanently inhabited medieval citadel in Europe. Via Transilvanica marks a halt here, between two pitoresque segments of the longest onfoot trail in Eastern Europe.
