Property info

A beautifully presented, one bedroom flat with balcony with city views located on a quiet residential area of West Residence. The flat has been finished to the highest standard throughout whilst keeping a lovely home feel that features a fully integrated open-plan kitchen, spacious living room, modern bathroom and the gem of our property, a king size bedroom with private dressing room. As well, we have a rarity for our city, two private parking places right in front of the building.

Our amazing apartment is perfectly located in new residential development areas of our City, perfectly located, with direct access from the highway. Everything is within reach by a short drive, Baile Felix Resort in less than 10 minutes, while a few turns down the main road will take you directly to the city center.
