Clienții apreciază curățenia impecabilă, aspectul îngrijit al clădirii și al grădinii, precum și mobilierul în stil renascentist. RunCa-n Rai este mai mult decât o simplă unitate de cazare; este un muzeu deschis oaspeților, un loc unde timpul pare că se oprește.
