This house is lived in by us. We are a family with two children. We rent out the house for short-term stays, usually when we go on vacation. We rent it out occasionally. The surroundings are very quiet. There is a grocery store nearby, just 50 meters away. The neighbors are very friendly, part of extended family. We have direct access from the street, a garage with space for two cars. When house is rented, our personal stuff will be depositated. You have 3 acces in the house, front, back and direct from basement to backyard, near the barbecue and pool. In the basement we have a biliard table and a tennis table, also a surround music system. The kitchen is full equiped, 2 refrigerators. The yard is decorated with a lot of plants and trees,with a height degrees of privacy. Rus House have everything you need for a really nice stay.
