Located in one of the old palaces of Brasov, our property is named after the Greek merchant Anastasie Safrano who built the place at the end of XIX century. The history of the property is closely connected to the love story between Elena Safrano (daughter of the Greek merchant) and Alexandru Vaida Voievod (representative political figure for the Great Union). The palace is featuring all the distinctive architectural elements for Brasov, with a big interior courtyard, with a large sitting area overlooking the main square, with some unique rooms facing Piata Sfatului and some others offering a great view to the White Tower.

Located in the very heart of the city (Piata Sfatului square), we are in walking distance from all the main attractions: the Black Church and the Old City Hall House (just across the street from us), the Ecatherina's Gate, the Rope Street, the White Tower and the Black Tower, the Weaver's Bastion, the old city walls, the Fort, the main pedestrian street (Republicii) and the cable car going up on Tampa mountain.
