House rules: • Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property. • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee. • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. • Parties & Events: No parties or organized events are allowed. • Quiet Hours & Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00. • Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out. • Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen. • Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request. • Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly. • Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5).
