Vila Smaranda din Predeal, o vila confortabila de 3 stele, construita in stil bavarez, este cea mai indicata reteta de relaxare pentru ca dumneavoastra sa va bucurati din plin de frumusetile muntelui si sa savurati toate zilele de vacanta. Cu un numar total de 40 locuri de cazare, Vila Smaranda renovata in mai 2023 va ofera camere duble, camere triple, camere duble matrimoniale , apartamente amenajate modern,dar si camere duble matrimoniale ,triple cu intrare privata in stil rustic. Serviciile sunt completate de prezenta unei sali de mese, a unei sali multifunctionale, precum si loc de joaca pentru copii si parcare interioara
Specific zonelor alpine cu un aer puternic ozonat, Predealul este situat la o altitudine de 1030 metri, pe culmea ce desparte Valea Prahovei de Valea Timisului, intre masivele muntoase Bucegi, Postavarul, Piatra Mare si Clabucet. Este locul ideal pentru iubitorii sporturilor de iarna cat si pentru iubitorii drumetiilor pe munte in orice anotimp.
