Each room is equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, clothes dryer, mosquito nets, linen and towels (provided at check-in). We do not offer cleaning or daily towel changes. The guesthouse is not a 4-5 star hotel, but an intimate and well maintained space. For longer stays, changes can be made upon request, depending on availability. The guesthouse has a shared dining room, fully equipped (refrigerator without freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker), which serves the 4 rooms. The kitchen is intended for preparing simple meals (pasta, rice, puree, etc.). Frying or long boiling (soups, stews, grills) is not allowed. Parking is free. Train, bus and public transport stations are just 100 m away. The beach is approx. 500 m away and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (Reyna, Aloha, Mystic, Azuma). Nearby are the Dolphinarium, Aqua Magic, Holiday Village, Telegondola, Tomis Port, Ovidiu Square, museums, terraces and restaurants. For a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, we do not accept groups booking more than 2 rooms. The common space is limited, and managing a group of more than 8 people is not suitable for our structure. We reserve the right to cancel such reservations. We only accept bank payments or through Booking. Cash payments are not accepted. SOLARIA HOUSE is a registered trademark. We have no connection with other accommodation units using similar names. Any association is made without our consent and violates the legislation on trademark protection.
