The property consists of 3 separate apartments, each with a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette, located next to each other – ideal for both couples and groups. It is an excellent choice for travelers in transit or people working in the area, offering great value for money. Guests have access to a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing facilities. Free parking is available in a private, video-surveilled courtyard. Upon request, we offer transfer to Cluj-Napoca or Cluj International Airport by minibus (up to 8 people). In addition to the apartments, guests can use a spacious, fully equipped shared kitchen and dining area (fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher), also suitable for small private events (up to 20 people).
The owner lives in the same building (upstairs) and is always available for any requests. A friendly, attentive, and helpful host, dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible.
The property is located in a quiet and relaxing area, away from the main road, yet close to Cluj-Napoca. Nearby you can find Chinteni Lake, ideal for walks and relaxation, as well as a forest, perfect for enjoying nature and fresh air. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs are available nearby, ensuring easy access to all essential services.
