Sparrow’s Nest is an entire private mountain chalet, ideal for families and groups seeking space, comfort and privacy. The property offers 360° panoramic mountain views, a quiet natural setting and exclusive use of the whole chalet. Built from solid log timber (45 cm), the chalet blends authentic mountain character with modern comfort. It features spacious bedrooms, a bright double-height living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private garden. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub (available upon request), fire pit, barbecue and outdoor cooking area, perfect for relaxing evenings in nature. The chalet is arranged over two levels: ground floor and attic, with a practical layout for larger groups. Ground floor: Two bedrooms located on the left and right side, with a bathroom between them. This level also includes a comfortable relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, a large dining table suitable for up to 10 adults, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (ground coffee and capsules) and electric kettle. The double-height living room (over 7 meters high) features large windows, abundant natural light and a warm, open atmosphere. Upper floor (attic): Two large bedrooms on the left and right side, a bathroom between them, plus a fifth smaller bedroom. The chalet offers four spacious bedrooms (approx. 16 sqm) with 160 cm beds and one cozy smaller bedroom (approx. 9 sqm) with a 140 cm bed, accessed through one of the larger rooms. This setup is ideal for families with children or close groups of adults. Despite its peaceful location, Sparrow’s Nest is conveniently close to Bran Castle, Râșnov Fortress, Poiana Brașov Ski Resort and the city of Brașov.

The neighbourhood offers an excellent balance between quiet mountain living, outdoor activities and easy access to entertainment, dining and sightseeing. Within a short drive, guests can visit iconic landmarks such as Bran Castle (Dracula’s Castle), Râșnov Fortress, the Poiana Brașov Ski Resort, and the city of Brașov, known for its medieval old town, cafes and cultural attractions. Families and leisure travelers also enjoy nearby attractions like Dino Park Râșnov, Magic Land (located next to Dino Park), and the famous Libearty Bear Sanctuary in Zărnești, a unique wildlife experience set in a protected forest area. For nature lovers, one of the highlights of the area is that from the valley near the chalet, guests can explore the Bucegi Mountains Nature Reserve. Numerous hiking and biking trails start nearby, suitable for relaxed walks as well as more demanding routes. Experienced hikers can follow marked trails leading to Mălăiești Chalet and even up to Omu Peak, offering spectacular alpine scenery and rewarding mountain views. For dining, guests often choose Sergiana Sub Cetate, a popular local restaurant serving traditional Transylvanian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. Daily shopping is also very convenient, with a Kaufland supermarket just a 3-minute drive away, making it easy to stock up on everything needed for a comfortable stay. The area is ideal for travellers who want to combine nature, outdoor adventures, local attractions and great food, while returning each day to a quiet and private mountain retreat. The Chalet is easily accessible by car and suitable for standard vehicles. From the main road DN73A (Predeal – Râșnov), turn onto Strada Glăjăriei (DJ101). Continue for approximately 3 km. The chalet is located on the right-hand side, in the second row of houses.
