Ideal pentru business & leisure, apartamentul oferă balcon privat, Smart TV Ambilight, Wi-Fi rapid, dormitor relaxant și bucătărie complet utilată. Un spațiu elegant unde confortul urban întâlnește liniștea rafinată.

Apartamentul este situat pe strada Alexandru Vaida-Voevod, una dintre cele mai căutate zone din Cluj-Napoca, chiar lângă Iulius Mall și FSEGA. La parterul clădirii se află Roots Urban Tastery, un loc popular pentru brunch și cafea de specialitate. Chiar lângă bloc ai un magazin MyAuchan, iar vis-a-vis te așteaptă un restaurant de burgeri excepționali. La doar 1 minut de mers pe jos găsești un Profi 24/7, perfect pentru orice oră din zi sau noapte.
