Situated on the 4th floor of a 4-story building with an elevator, this apartment offers underground parking accessed via a remote-controlled entrance on the block's side—spot number 4 (4th on the left). The living room's vibrant LED lights are controllable via the HappyLightning app using Bluetooth connectivity. For security purposes, prior to check-in, all guests are required to provide their identification documents.
