The new apartment complex, built in 2024, is located 2 km from the historic center. The location has an inner courtyard with a garden and plenty of green space. Each apartment has an outdoor balcony or terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, a perfect space for relaxation. The apartments consist of a bedroom, living room with open space kitchen and bathroom. All accommodation units are modernly decorated with a double bed and an extendable sofa, bed linen and towels included. All units feature a Samrt TV, TV cable and WiFi. Guests have a dining area and an equipped kitchen, coffee maker, cooker, refrigerator. Each unit has a bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Each apartment also has its own central heating and air conditioning. The property offers free private parking.

The apartments are located on Mangalia Street, just 5 minutes from the North Train Station, 10 minutes from the Historic Center, the Business Center, the Shopping City Mall, 15 minutes from Iulius Mall and 30 minutes from the Airport.
