The modern apartments are located in an attractive building that has been extensively and meticulously renovated to a high standard. All renovations were recently completed at the end of 2025. From the outset, the apartments and grounds were designed with a focus on comfort, safety (e.g., emergency lighting, security systems, smoke detectors), and sustainability (e.g., photovoltaics with battery storage) to ensure all guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The apartments themselves feature high-quality amenities, including smart TVs, minibars, capsule coffee machines, welcome trays, ample power outlets for charging mobile phones, and modern smart heating controls. Apartment No. 2 boasts a private entrance with a beautiful veranda, while Apartment No. 3 has a separate bedroom adjacent to the living room. Apartment No. 4 also includes a fully equipped kitchen, two separate single beds, and a sofa bed. For grilling and relaxing, there's an outdoor fireplace grill next to a seating area under a large terrace, which all guests can use. To make check-in and check-out as convenient and easy as possible, a dedicated check-in area has been set up, containing key safes with online codes for each apartment. A temporary PIN is provided, allowing guests to retrieve the corresponding key safe. A camera in the room verifies in real time that the guest is indeed the one who booked the apartment. Returning the key is simple and convenient: just drop it into the key box, which is also located in the check-in area. It's all very easy and convenient. Especially in summer, guests will also find a drinking water dispenser with cups in the check-in area for a quick refreshment.

Behind the company GSVB-Apartamente S.R.L. is a friendly Romanian-German family. She was born in Romania and is originally from Bucharest/Breaza, while he is from Germany. Out of love for their country and especially the surrounding area, they decided, alongside their careers as engineers and IT specialists, to renovate their beautiful, centrally located old house to the latest and most modern standards. Their aim is to offer both national and international guests the opportunity to discover Breaza and its surroundings, and to showcase the beauty of Romania and the region itself.

The town center of Breaza, with its various grocery stores (e.g., Penny, 5 minutes away), churches, bus stops, park, restaurants, etc., is within easy walking distance. Breaza de Jos, in the Prahova district, is a popular town located not far from the capital, Bucharest. It is especially popular with Bucharest residents, as it serves as a central base for weekend excursions to the sights and the mountains. Especially for tourists/guests traveling from further afield (e.g., from abroad), Breaza's central location is advantageous.
