The villa offers 3 bedrooms, a livingroom with flat TV, a bathroom ( italian shower, WC, lavabo), a kitchinette ( fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric cooker), a separate WC and is ideally placed in a prime location, 50m from the largest beach in Eforie and a 2' walk to downtown. It is the ideal for a family or a group of 5 friends who want to spend their holidays in the privacy of their "own" house and garden by the sea. The house is rented as one unit and offers free WiFi, cable TV, equiped kitchinette, garden furniture. An administrator will great you on arrival and hand you the keys. You can also contact her by phone during your stay, if you need any help. She will also take over the house and keys on your departure.
