This is a new neighbourhood recently built and the apartment has a lot of new facilities (underfloor heating, air conditioning, smart TVs, free wifi, terrace, private parking right in front of the block). It is very clean. Also to mention that the block has an elevator.
Very quiet area with with stores nearby. There are a lot of parks for children and the center of town is quiet nearby. Also the public transport is close.
