You are on the most visited pedestrian and commercial street in the Brasov , full of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Wood house Republicii was arranged in a historical building dated from 15th century. Some rooms have view to Republicii street and others to the Tâmpa Mountain. Piata Sfatului and the Black Church are a 2-minute walk away. Housed in a 15th-century historic building, the rooms are arranged in a way that all beams and timber on the property are modernized, the furniture is made of solid wood, hand-worked, the doors are manually executed from the timber and the historical pattern is preserved. The original brick walls are improved, including in some bathrooms, protected by a secure glass wall. The location was arranged by one of the youngest architects in Brasov, who managed to keep as much detail as possible of the building.
