Apartman Dača se nalazi u Malom Laolu, opština Petrovac na Mlavi. Okružuje ga prelepa priroda, sa brojnim turističkim sadržajima, a sama lokacija uz glavni put čini sve sadržaje lako dostupnim. Apartman se sastoji od dnevne sobe sa malom kuhinjom i trpezarijskim stolom, spavaće sobe, kupatila i terase. Opremljen je inverter klima uređajem, Wi-Fi internetom, kablovskom televizijom a kuhinja poseduje frižider i indukcionu ploču/rešo. Spavaća soba je opremljena francuskim ležajem, dok se u dnevnoj sobi nalazi ugaona garnitura na razvlačenje. Terasa je opremljena zidanim roštiljem, velikim stolom i klupama. Obezbeđeni su peškiri i posteljina.
U neposrednoj blizini apartmana se nalazi Banja Ždrelo i uređeno izletište pored reke Mlave, a na svega 10-ak km se nalaze manastiri Gornjak i Blagoveštenje koji je posebno atraktivan. Za avanturiste tu je i manastir Reškovica u planini. Moguć je i sportski ribolov na reci Mlavi. Malo dalje se nalaze i vrelo Mlave kao i Krupajsko vrelo.
