Apartman se nalazi u centru Nove Varoši. Ima veliko dvoriste i moguć je prilaz s dve strane. Objekat je nedavno renoviran i sav nameštaj je nov. Apartman je idealan za dvoje ali tu je i pomoćni ležaj na razvlačenje tako da postoji mogućnost da se smeste tri osobe. Centralno grejanje je povezano s porodičnom kućom.
