Kuća se nalazi u mirnoj ulici, skoro u centru Pirota, pa ćete istovremeno imati tišinu i blizinu – marketa,restorana,kafica... Apartman prati veliko dvorište – pravo malo utočište u kojem možete provoditi sunčane dane, organizovati porodična okupljanja ili jednostavno uživati u tišini i zelenilu. Dvorište je dovoljno prostrano da deca imaju mesta za igru i zabavu.
