Soni je dugogodišnji ugostitelj i lokalni preduzetnik, po struci dipl. saobraćajni inženjer. Trener biatlon tima Srbije, vlasnik biatlon kluba "Dukat", ponosni član planinarskog udruženja Sjenice i neko ko će vam izaći u susret za sve što vam je potrebno. U trenutku kada pređete prag, zaboravite da ste u hotelu ili apartmanu. Sačekaće vas uvek topla, lokalna dobrodošlica ali i saveti "iz prve ruke" o skrivenim kutcima grada i preporukama gde se jedu najbolje mantije i sjenički sir.

Ono što nas izdvaja jeste savršen spoj lokacije u centru grada i direktnog prolaza do najvećih avantura Peštera. Dok su vam najbolji sjenički restorani, kafići i istorijske znamenitosti na svega par minuta hoda, u isto vreme imate "ključ" za potpuno organizovan beg u prirodu. Jedinstveni smo po tome što našim gostima ne nudimo samo smeštaj, već kompletno iskustvo: od obezbeđivanja najma kvadova do organizacije ekskluzivnih tura kroz meandre Uvca sa našim licenciranim lokalnim vodičem. Kod nas ne morate da razmišljate o logistici – mi smo vaša prečica do svega najboljeg što Sjenica nudi. U okviru objekta u prizemlju se nalazi restoran i snek-bar, u kojem služimo piće i hranu.
